Coaching Services Disclaimer & Client Agreement

The Balance Room provides coaching services designed to support personal growth, wellness, goal setting, emotional awareness, and intentional living.

Coaching is collaborative and educational in nature.

Our coaching services are not:

  • Therapy

  • Counseling

  • Psychology services

  • Psychiatry

  • Medical treatment

  • Crisis intervention

  • Diagnosis of mental health conditions

Participation in coaching is voluntary.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, thoughts of self-harm, or a mental health crisis, please seek immediate assistance from emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.

Sessions may include discussions related to:

Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Coaching Sessions

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate delivery of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

Workshops & Events

Tickets are generally non-refundable.

If The Balance Room cancels an event, participants may receive a refund, credit, or transfer option.
